We’d like to show our appreciation for the generosity of local people during our current Coronavirus crisis.
These are testing times for carers everywhere. Care work is never easy, and at the moment we are feeling the pressure just like everyone else, so it’s great to see our local communities showing their solidarity with care workers and giving us that little lift we all need from time to time.
We’d particularly like to thank Lindsey who has gifted us some beautiful handmade bears, and also arranged for Parcelforce where she works to deliver food hampers to local vulnerable people who are receiving food parcels in the community.
A special Thank You must also go out to Christine Smith and Laura Polak who have donated the wonderful cups to our carers.
