A Celebration of William Shakespeare

Love Shakespeare? Check out this exhibition by local artist John Harrison.

Winter weather can be fun, but we need to make sure that we stay well. Due to the weather more people are more at risk of illness than any other time of the year.

As the weather gets colder, make sure you spare a moment to help your neighbours. Elderly people, disabled people or people with chronic illnesses are more vulnerable than others. As cold weather is especially dangerous for these groups - and symptoms don't just get worse during a cold spell, it can last for a few days afterwards.

On Tuesday 15th December between 1.00pm and 2.45pm outside the main entrance of Leighton Hospital the Trust’s Nightingales Choir will be joined by pupils from Shavington Academy, who will be playing brass instruments, as they sing Christmas carols. There will be light refreshments and a tombola during this event.
